Richard B the EMT
As not to hijack a string, I started my own, on the subject of Personal Owned Vehicles (POV). Richard B's "rollcall..." 1977 Ford Mustang (1980-1986), 1984 Oldsmobile Firenza Station Wagon (1986-1988), 1998 Toyota Corolla Alltrack Wagon (looked like it started to be a sedan, then extended into a station wagon. http://carphotos.car...60003_large.jpg for image, but mine was red.)(1988-1997), 1997 Chevrolet Venture Mini-van (1997-2009), and Nissan Quest Mini-van (2009 to infinity and beyond!) What type vehicles do you/have you own(ed)? Edited April 15, 2012 by Richard B the EMT

craig
Lets see............ No. 1 was a 1963 volkswagon station wagon then there was the toyota corolla liftback around a late 70's model followed by the (i think) the 1980's ford falcom XD s pack with manual transmission) after that came my late 80's Holden VL commodore 5 speed then my toyota Hilux petrol 4X4 then my first Nissan patrol wagon (petrol dx model) (written off by a truck that ran thru a stop sign) followed by mu Nissan GU Patrol wagon diesel turbo 5 speed ( again written off when it was smashed into by a drunk drive as it was parked in the street) and my current drive is a 2005 Kia Sorento EX 3 litre petrol manual that list doesn't count the cars that my wife has owned in the time we have been together either....... looking to get a new one this year though................... Richard B the EMT
Craig, with note that you're in NSW, is the "Holden" an Australia "local" brand? I don't recall hearing of this type car prior to now.
EMTJessi
First car was a 2000 Hyundai Elantra. I drove it until it was un-drivable... (I hit a 94' Volvo Stationwagon at 60mph) Needless to say... not much left after that one. Now I drive a 2007 Hyundai Accent.
MetalMedic
My first car was a light blue 1985 Chry New Yorker "The Beast". I loved that car, it was like driving a couch. Second car: 1994 Ford Escort Station Wagon AKA "The Band Wagon" put 600K on it before I put it down. 3rd car: 1996 Ford Tarus, "The Death Trap" yeah, that was a total POS 4th Car: 1985 Chry Lebaron Convertable, "Biddy White" Still take her out over the summer. 5th Car: 1998 Ford Escort Station wagon, "Solyent Green" or as my coworkers call it, "The psycho Grocery getter" as it's got a huge skeleton sticker in the back seat so it looks like I have a passenger. island emt
Where to start ??? First car was a 51 saab 2 stroke with 4speed on the column. Next came a package deal of a 58 beetle, a 59 beetle and a 61 beetle. All 3 for 150.00. They were all the same color and depending on which one was in running condition , thats the one I put the plates on and drove next up was a 67 Ford bronco with a Fisher plow on it. Drove a holden ute while stationed in western Australia then came a series of Corvairs, a 61 lakewood wagon which we still have, a 65 & a 67 coupe, a 65 spyder 180 hp turbo coupe that was a corvette killer. Once we got grown up we started buying Ford pick ups & vans , the best of those was a 77 f-250 that had 730.000 miles on the odo before we sold it when we bought a new one in 1993 Currently I drive a 2008 one ton 15 pass van, Plenty of room for me the labs and my tools as my daily driver , and the wifes' got a 2004 explorer.
