I see a lot of green bars with numbers under the names of members, even saw a red one. Can someone tell me what they are?

It is the amount of "reps" that have been given to you by other members. It is a way for members to let each other know who is providing really good posts.

Members are encouraged to click the green up arrow in a post if they feel that it was a quality post.

If you want to see who gave up arrows, and down arrows, you need to be a sponsoring member. Sponsoring members can also give down reps. (To get sponsorship status, just click on "store" in the menu bar.)

Reputation type deal.. The green / arrow would be something to press if a topic reply was well thought, constructive, added facts, researched info; had a positive impact, etc.

The red / arrow would be.. Say, if you felt like you lost brain cells reading the topic reply; or someone is blatantly being utterly stupid, or you feel the urge to personally retract their provider license, certs, etc.

Just before I hit enter... Hal 9000 popped one in there.

There are no red or green bars. They are all a neutral grey. Anybody who sees them as red or green needs to see their optometrist immediately.
