Bro, that is sad, you need to talk to Dr Rashford and tell him he is embarrassing himself with such indications

In NZ ketamine is indicated for "severe pain" and may be used in any patient who has "severe pain" regardless of the etiology of the pain but is "preferably" used in combination with opiate

They've also added it for burns in the new CPM, following Midaz AND Morph

Thats cool bro ketashizzle is fo sho a great analgesic yo esp MSK and burn pain (where I have primarily seen it used) but we can also use it for any severe pain as well as RSI

Morphine + midazolam is still an option here but rarely used now that ketamine has been introduced
