let see hmm adenosine is an anti arrythmic used to terminate supraventraicular tachydysrhythmias particularly SVT or AV nodal reenterant tachycardias hmm I still don't get it .... *scoffs down a handful of valiumz hmm nope still didn't help, with the adenosine, smoothed out the day considerably tho

my ex wife has SVT, it used to greatly concern me when I was capable of human emotions and feelings before the ... unpleasentness destroyed my soul and made me incapable of loving again oh look valiumz ....

it's the 13th and even if it were the 12th i still don't get it ... making me feel like a dumbshit

mind you adenosine has only just been introduced as of very late last year as a medicine at the Intensive Care Paramedic level so It was not formally included in the Paramedic (ICO) modules I did back in the day
