I recently encountered a case of medication induced psychosis. It's pretty scary stuff.

This particular patient had received two separate epidural steroid treatments followed by a course of PO prednisone all relating to ongoing pain management therapy. This patient suffered from hallucinations, believed a god had called the patient to action and caused the patient to try to harm family members. This was just the start of this patient's episode.
