Wait I dont think I am pronouncing it right, I am saying it "Ree-gina" when I haz feeling its actually pronounced "Ragina" ... that would make more sense :D

You're not missing anything. Your pronouncement is correct, it's just that some people seem to think that anything ending in "gina" has something in common with the female reproductive system. Believe me, after the 5000th time you've heard the same bad joke, it really ceases to be funny....not that this one ever really was.
