If I feel like talking, I hit a local Pub to talk and get hammered. If not... it just builds...... Probably not the best... lol

I try talk it out with people, that helps. Also, going to see a professional if you think you need it helps. i had a lot of stuff bottled up ( not just EMS related) and seeking help has made me feel much better. Going for a walk every day, which I am going to leave to do after I finish this, helps as well.

It is nice to talk with your friends and co-workers but if you happen to have a drink in your hand at the time you are doing it, that just makes it better and a little more laid back.Right Pat

Generally I talk it out with a good friend or friends sometimes over a drink. I also tend to have severe lack of sleep being a full time student and a full time volunteer EMT so I sleep when I get stress because then I can relax my body too.

I sometimes cry.

Caffeine myself up.

Chain smoke pack of cigarettes. : :P

The best of 'em all:

Soak in a looooooong hot bubble bath. :D

I talk about things.. I m fortunate, I have a family member who is a cc-medic, and completely understands where I'm coming from...That helps alot.
