Not an uncommon event around here. Tourists from away driving around in a big ocean full of rocks with their fancy boats..

Locals actually use charts to know where the bottom is close to the surface.

We have 10 ft tide changes twice a day so places where it's safe at high tide are high & dry at others.

Georgetown is a few miles East of here on the next major peninsula.
