EMS books based on inspiration, never go well.. Think: Ambulance Girl. Now if you've been doing this for years upon years, knock one out. Never know, could be good. But don't try to inspire people, I certainly don't want anyone joining b/c a book inspired them. That attracts the wrong crowd, get the touchy, easily offended, expect you to be mushy, folks. The only EMS related novel that I ever enjoyed was Pat Ivey's first book, EMT.
