OK, has the Paramedic in question gone before either an agency or state DoH review board to attempt defending the questioned actions? If not, do either the agency or state run such review boards? Does either the agency or state allow individual case by case review re these type circumstances, to determine if, after some form of training remedial, the Paramedic can re-apply for the Paramedic position?
