Is that not standard? I guess i have never been in an ambulance that didn't have it, and i have worked for some cheap services. We need it in Minnesota to deal with the -30 f cold and 105 f heat.

It wasn't the ambulance that rolled, it was the fire apparatus.

Every fire truck I've been in has had a parking brake. Air brake or mechanical, it's been there.
