there is an agencey that I used to work fo rthat had 4 hospitals that were an equal distance from the county. One involved a ferry ride that is 20 min plus 15 min after that. The other 3 are a minimum of 20 min away. Solo with a critical pt as a B is the worst on a ride like that.

Wow to only have short transports like that would be a big relief. But guess still worse than the big city people.

Does remote medic work count? It takes 5 hours to get to the hospital that is not falling apart, in Maputo.

Now 5 hours thats cool.
