i am in a semi urban. the urban part of the county that i live in outside of DC. Loudoun County. figured i would post here instead of the rural... closer to the urban than the rural.

Ever since I was a young kid I have had an infatuation with NYC, also, I have always wanted to be a Firefighter.

So any field of Emergency Services in the city is something that really interests me.

I hope to take my first trip to NYC this year.

Not really that busy compared to 3000 a day but for our area we are busy. We do about 5000 calls a year. But we only have 2 units up 24 hours a day. Most of the time we only have 2 units who respond to anywhere from 4 calls in 24 hours or 30 calls in 24 hours. Sometime we roll and sometime we are slow.
