I carry an impact wrench in the ambulance for those roadside tire changes. Welcome to the forums Caleb.

Thanks! I forgot I had uploaded that picture. I'm thinking its way too big so I'll fix that... We got a flat during my field clinicals responding down a dirt road to a nose bleed call. I got to treat while another unit came to transport MY patient! lol

Well, you're one up on most of the newer generation. Much of the time they would just radio out of service until the tow truck or maintenance guy came to change the tire.

The last flat I had on the ambulance the kid I was precepting stood by while my partner and I changed the tire. When we were done I asked the student "Have you ever changed a tire before?" to which he answered "no". "Well son, you still haven't"
