scubanurse Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 Send some to me we need at least 8 feet if not more to defeat this drought. Besides I love snow Where are you from? Quote
spenac Posted January 5, 2013 Author Posted January 5, 2013 Small town people are still big city to me. Quote
paramedicmike Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 I was born in a small town. And I live in a small town. Probably die in a small town. Oh, those small communities. Quote

Richard B the EMT Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 So your the boss? Bruice Springsteen, Barbara Streisand and Diana Ross are "The Boss". Whoa! Just posted from page 3, and this is page 21? I'm still not quite back home. Awaiting the gas being hooked up, so I can fire up the furnace and hot water boiler, as current house inside temp, on electric space heaters, is 60 degrees. I've been Superstorm Sandy displaced, to Flushing, Forest Hills, Montgomery, 2 blocks from my residence at Lady J's house, displaced again (due to her house losing heat) to Howard Beach, and back to Lady J's house. Momma B is back in the hospital. More when I can find a wifi hotspot, as this is sent from my underheated house, as written above. Quote
spenac Posted January 8, 2013 Author Posted January 8, 2013 Hang in there Richard. Glad to see you posting, hope it helps to vent with all the stress you have right now. Quote
ERDoc Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Hey Rich, I used to live in Montgomery when I was much younger. Beautiful area. Hope things get working for you soon. Quote
Chief1C Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Warming trend, supposed to be in the 50's all week. Goodbye fricken snow. Not soon enough either, I'm pretty sure I broke my tailbone off on my sidewalk. Gutters clogged with ice, dripped down, make the slate walkway into a smooth slide. And I proved that my boots do NAWT "Grip All". I wonder if I can get my money back? Quote
