New to the site, recently retired to the wonderful island of St Thomas and missing the EMS life. Looking to make some good connections and stay up to date on what's happening in my previous life.

Welcome to the City, if you ever make it over to St. Lucia or Monserrat, check in on my old ambulances for me. ;)

A good friend of mine is heading there right now as a travel RN... I spent some time sailing around the BVI's as a kid...lovely islands!

I would be surprised if they were still functioning, they went down there about 9 years ago. They are both Dodge vans, an '85 and a '90. Here's the news article.

I got a message of thanks from Monserrat because theirs arrived just before the volcano eruption in 2003. I was told it was worth its weight in gold.

Welcome Sir, I guess if you're going to retire, St Thomas is as good as it gets. There's plenty of "seasoned" veterans who are taking a "sabatical" here. A tropical island huh..........ok.

This thread is quite old. Please consider starting a new thread rather than reviving this one.
