What does the Cardiology III have that a Classic II SE doesn't have for in the field usage? Realistically do we need to be picking up subtle heart murmurs or the faintest adventitious sound?

I don't really think there is much difference... Except personal preference. I plan one day to go back to school for either nursing or PA... that is why I decided to go for the best.....

I'm a Nurse and I use the Classic II SE. This is just personal opinion but I can't justify the cost of a cardiology scope. A Classic II does everything I need it to do extremely well. Any adventitious sound I need to be able to hear I can hear with it. A wheeze is a wheeze, I don't need to hear it any better than to know it is there and I need to treat it.

I have really small ears and I can't seem to find any thing that fits comfortably! I've tried them all and separate attachments with no luck. Any suggestions?

I have a DRG tactical puretone that I just got for a B-Day. Its all black. The tips, tubing, and bells are all black. Looks cool and works great. I have also had a Littman Cardio 3. Liked it but only problem I found was the short tubing. The cheapo Spragues are ok for a personal jumpkit in your vehicle that you rarely use.

Littman Cardiology III. Comfort and sound quality par excellence.

To top it off I got it for free. [/font:672b255e7b]:D/
