island emt Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Hello, She converts to a sinus tachycardia with diffuse ST elevations. She has a weak pulse. Her BP is around 70mmHg. Still, the airway is open and she is easy to ventilate. Cheers PS: Maine is awesome! Thanks: We like it here, especially now that most of the tourists are gone for the winter. What her level of consciousness? still unresponsive? Pupils reactive? response to stimuli? Sinus tach at what rate? Since you already have a line established, lets run a bolus of NS in , say 100 ml and see if we can get a little pressure up. Whats the 12 lead look like? Reciprocal changes?
