Come on guys, what's wrong with the fishing poles in the oxygen door??? The city cops can take you to all of the good spots where the fish are biting.

Good times man!

I thought it was only me who was tuning my bow...(well, sorta, usually I use a hunting recurve, no sights, I'm NJ Female State Champ).

Yes we get the cows too, and the old folks, and the addresses everyone knows.

IN NJ!

These are true:

**Calls are dispatched by patient name rather than address....

**Your EMS unit is an F-350 utility truck found in a field behind a local business....

**You AND the wrecker got stuck.......ON THE MAIN ROAD.

**You can see the ground through the floor of your main firepumper.

**Your ambulance siren plays "Dixie".

Military Thomas splints? I have a few of those, lol. Probably 30 years old, but still in perfect condition, having never been used.

...when you get a call out and one of the emt's calls over the radio to be picked up at his mailbox when the ambulance is passing by because he's on his tractor plowing his field.

...when dispatch says that a certain person on the crew knows where the house is and KNOWS that the person will definatly be there.

...when your driving back from an interfaciity transfer and the driver occasionally pops on the lights and sirens to "make sure that that other drivers on the road are awake".

...when your ambulance crew is related to the LEOs responding to the scene.

 or when you're told that the address that you're looking for is on the "little dirt road just north of the railroad tracks that really doesn't have a name."

When you think that "E.M.S." stands for "Earn Money Sleeping" .... and you do!

When on every call you pile more crew in the ambo (bus) than the clowncar at the circus.

When you have more lights on your personel vehicle than most airports have on a runway!

If you refere' tah "The Big Bad One" as a "BOVINE Incident"....?

When receiving dispatch information over the radio and you are told to talk a left at the big oak tree and then a left at the second birch.
