Is it possible for a fatal GSW to the chest to be externally bloodless (as in 100%)? If so, how many times have

you seen this in the field?

Only in people who are blood type AQ+. Their blood evaporates on contact with air.

I mean a bloodless gunshot wound is like an Artesian, yep I've seen em.

Don't forget they need to be whistling dixie when they are shot, that way they suck all that blood back in.

Without much knowledge on the subject, I'd say it's fairly possible that a GSW, even with no external bleeding, can cause an internal bleeding and cause death? Does it make sense?
