I'm not 100% sure, but the first time It was sent to me it came from an instructor friend who at the time worked at Maine Medical trauma center in Portland..Late 1990's / early 2000's time frame

Probably just as bad when the trauma team takes delivery from the EMS crew and has to put out a page for a carpenter to help with surgery

At first I felt guilty, as I too noticed the chick first. But second I noticed the color of his leg and circulation issues..then suddenly, "Holy crap! He's got a log stuck in his bum!"

I like to feel that I'm pretty well balanced...

The first thing I noticed in this picture was the hottie in the back ground. My second thought was, "Wow, that EMS crew took the time to put a cervical collar on."

My thought is that this guy has WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY to much fiber in his diet.
