EMT results in NYS

Good afternoon everyone,

I have been waiting about 4 weeks for my EMT results in NYS. Is it true that if you didn't pass you would receive the letter in the mail much sooner than 4-6 weeks!

I know you're excited and nervous regarding the results of your exam. However, in this day and age of computer communications and instant gratification you're just going to have to be patient. You will get your results in due time.

A little extreme, don't you think? Just remember you are dealing with NYS so things don't move very quickly. When I got my card (1994) I got it like 5 weeks, 5 days after the test.
