help me define what causes musle spasms of the lower limbs and immediate management

Why don't you tell us which concepts are giving you trouble and we may be able to help better explain things.  What do you think should be done to treat these complaints?

 There are multiple causes and multiple treatments for these things, could you please give more information.

If not then I am going to be forced to agree with Mike (which I do not want to do) that you want a quick answer and for us OLD TIMERS to do your homework for you

take em to the hospital and let them deal with the spasms,  not much we can do for them other than transport.  There are so many variables that it would be impossible for us to help you get your homework right, if that's what you are asking.  But since you haven't been back to respond to the above questions, makes me think it was a h9omework project.
