Use of the Gum Elastic Bougie in the Difficult EMS Airway

Yea its a nice tool. I use it when traditional method doesn't work. It really does sound like running your finger across a comb when it rubs along the trachea rings. A good cold tube with a decent bend works just as good for blind intubations.
