baby steps boys and girls. try to be consistent with one aspect getting healthy, then add another and so on. rome wasn't built in a day and we didn't get old overnight.

Well we will see how many times I post about eating right adn working out again before I actually start doing it.

Anyway, If I am to get hired by the agency here I need to retake their lifting phase. So I guess it is back to healthy eating and the gym I go.

I'd love a little online support. I'm way too out of shape to do this job well and need a kick in the butt to keep ...keep me posted.

I'm in good shape. I'm not has athletically active as I was in high school (I used to go out for all kinda of stuff), but I keep in shape. Biking or running, a little weights, some yoga, a pick up game of football or soccer every now and then, etc.

Your work-out seems kinda light on the upper body, Dix...

Crazy Pic, Rid. How would you get a collar on that guy, with the lats like that! :shock: You might not need one, I doubt he can turn his head that far, anyways ;) I'll bet he is easy to stick, too. :lol:

Ok, i need to be in a support group to get motivated to get in shape.( or maybe a chocoholic anonymous group, same thing I guess). between 9mo old, job, husband, vol fire dept, where am i supposed to fit this fitness crap in? I guess I'm gonna try. so sign me up for this group.

I took a lift test today...and failed...I was fine until the last flight of stairs...ugh...that 8th one always kills ya!
