It may improve V/Q mismatch, it can't hurt, try 45 degree Head up. You have staved off intubation for this snapshot in time, but you still have 38 minutes to a difinitive care facility. Still no resque Chopper available! Sa02 has improved to 85 % ? Any other ideas out there? Anyup date on V/S needed? ps time for my nap.

Has there been a head to toe trauma assessment. The mechanism was significant and the bp could be neurogenic. Another total zebra could be PE. fat embolus. The femur has enough deposits. He is not taking his lasix

Do I do now? OMG! Call 911....wait a minute, I am 911? 30 minutes to facility. Please some one call ER DOC STAT! :twisted: Old standard or new, who's first to call the shots? :twisted:
Callthemedic Posted April 18, 2006 Posted April 18, 2006 I thought the beta blockers would be masking the increased fluid and also slow glomerule filtration, so it seemed logical that antidot to blockers would restore filtration also. What do you think?
