TEMS in Michigan

I am looking for a Tactical EMS course offerred somewhere in the state of Michigan. Anyone know where I could look?

I have never heard of a tactical medic course in Michigan.

I am a member of a new local "incident response team" in Northwest Michigan. We had courses held by HSS International at our station which included lecture and practical. We are attempting (with some resistance) to be part of a support/search team for incidents such as hostage standoffs, school shootings, etc.

While it was a good program, our instructor was rather long winded and loved to go off on tangents like, "there was this one time when we were serving a warrant..."

I would suggest going to the international tactical EMS website. I THINK its: www.items.com or perhaps .org I can't quite remember.
