Wouldnt that be weird if EMS started asking you how much money you make, would you be able to afford this response.

That would happen with private companys I guess, for those who have an HMO or medicaid I guess bartering is good, kinda like the days back then insted of having currency to pay, you would (A)Bring a chicken or (B)Baked apple pie or ©pig.
