AED/CPR & First Aid Training?

Which AED/CPR/First Aid program would you recommend & why? I am looking for alternatives to both the AHA & ARC.

I know this is an old thread, but it is new to me...

I teach ARC for them as they lack field experienced instructors, I teach AHA when I teach facility based classes but for general public classes I very much perfer Medic First Aid out of Eugene, OR but with training centers internationally. I find them more student friendly and field oriented..

I second PRPGfirerescuetech... I have been very content teaching the ASHI program for the last few years.
