At least it wasn't a new topic started about the same post.

I've seen pupils misshapen, larger than the other, from injuries that the patient sustained in the past. It was an MVA patient, I almost said "OMG"... But before I could, he said it had been that way for sixty years.

An eccentric pupil may be congenital or the result of previous eye trauma. Either way, it does not represent a neurological injury.

This is why one shouldn't run with sticks.

I went to high school with a chick who had a large, irregularly shaped pupil. Twas freaky! You'd stare at her for hours trying to figure out what was weird about her before you finally figured it out. Otherwise she was hott though, so nobody really gave her any crap about it.
