I'm sure they cleared earlier that way than if they transported the body to the local ER.

Since XMas was brought into this, I'm going to hijack a little bit with a story. My grandma was stuck and killed instantly a number of years ago crossing the street after mass. We get the call and my father is handling things over the phone. He basically just wanted to take care of making arragements after christmas. The hospital's response, "Oh, don't worry. We don't charge extra for cold storage." :oops: :shock: :violent1: That comment actually gave everyone a good laugh. :lol:

I now return you back to the original topic where the answer will be, "Local procedures will vary, follow yours."

My point exactly, bodies have no place in ambulances period (unless of course they weren't a body when they first got in there :lol:).
