The average person only gets 7 correct.

This is based on U.S. info, so use all lobes of your brain. This can be more difficult than it looks - it just shows how little most of us really see!

There are 25 questions about things we see every day or have known about all our lives. How many can you get right? These little simple questions are harder than you think

Put your thinking caps on. No cheating! No looking around!

No getting out of your chair! No using anything on or in your desk or computer!

Can you beat 23?? (The average is 7) Write down your answers as you go.

Check answers (on the bottom), AFTER completing all the questions.

REMEMBER - NO CHEATING!!! BE HONEST!!! That means no looking at your phone or anything on your desk...

Then, before you pass this on to your friends, change the number on the subject line to show how many you got correct. Forward to your friends and also back to the one who sent it to you.

LET'S JUST SEE HOW OBSERVANT YOU REALLY ARE.

Damn, I got 19. I disagree with number eight. The lowest number on FM is 87.9. There are no even numbers on FM they are all odd decimals.

I got 21. Missed all the directional ones-counter or clockwise. Apparenly I am looking at them all from the wrong side! :P Also couldn't remember Bashful. I have a gift for missing the obvious, so I went into this completly expecting to bomb it. Gotta admit I am suprised at what I have noticed. Who knew?

When I was in Australia, the toilets went both ways. The water would flow from the back along both sides of the bowl, cancel out at the front, and there would be too much resulting turmoil to create a spin before the bowl was drained. These "dual flush" toilets imo are the best toilet design. Perhaps our australian friends can give a more accurate account of this. But anyways, if you think about it intuitively, the Coriolis force affecting toilet flow wouldn't make sense, because the difference between the distance to the equator of one side of the bowl and another is insignificant.

(Also check out the "Bad Coriolis" link at the bottom of the snopes page that outlines a very clever hoax by someone who lives near the equator.

I got 18. I misread the which symbols don't have digits (just from fatigue I guess), the Venetian Blinds, the Card with Dealer's Mark and a couple others..

I disagree with the buttons on the lady's shirt one... I've seen both...

Anyways, bedtime.

Only 8 hotdog buns in a standard pack? Wieners come in packs of 12. Lets see - that means you have to eat 2 dozen hot dogs to come out even! Now who would come up wth this clever idea?

At the store down the road, buns come in bags of 12 too - guess I'm on the wrong side of the border as well!

Oh yeah - my score was a screaming 18.

Based on all of the scores, it looks like we are smarter than the average person.
