That's a good illustration, but you are still responsible for what happens.

Medical control will be the deepest pockets, but don't think for a minute that will absolve you of liability.

I still see very few services that use the over the shoulder straps that have come with all new cots for years. It is sad that to save a few seconds we place patients at risk for more injury or death.
