Its a shame that a government leader is using this as an example for the people.

We already have numerous TV, radio, and print columnists telling the general population that, to get an ambulance "quicker", tell them someone is having a heart attack, or for the LEOs, tell them there's someone with a firearm.

Here in NYC, I will continue hope that financial penalties will be imposed on those who falsely report an incident to, and thru, the 9-1-1 system.
