COMBITUBES- they are a failed intubation drill and can certainly save your ass if u ever need one to complete your intubation. The cost of such a device in South Africa for instance is extremely expensive and prevents certain companies from issuing them. All we have left to do then after a failed intubation is a surgical criche!
