It may be just the uneven sketch, but doesint it look like fibrillation between the waves in particular in II and aVF? Also the rhtyhm is irregularly irregular. You really think its a reentrant rhythm?

I think you did a good job under the circumstances. I probably would have given this patient Cardizem and/or Lopressor instead of the Amio.
