Some areas do not transport outside their city limits. So there you wouldnt have a choice.

I dont have a problem taking somene where they want to go, within reason. I am not driving halfway around the country so you can go where your cousins sisters stepdaddys daughter is a CNA. You can call a cab for that. :D
