Don't you like the text books "allow child to stay with parent so they stay calm". Don't know where the writers work or what ya'll see but a panic striken screaming parent always calms my child patient. :violent3:

I would add to #4 that if they are going to become an emotional wreck, feel free to vacate the premises. We will handle your child just fine without you there...

I completely agree the hysterical parent is no help whatsoever. Children often take clues on how to react from their parents.

However, whether he knows it or not, I do think Dust is capable of a little drama.

The hysterical whoever is not allowed on my scene/in my ambulance. Period. I have extremely minimal patience, and do not put up with anything. The hysterical patient is easily taken care of :twisted:
