I hope everyone realizes that not all VAS and VFDs are supported via a local tax base, some survive on billing, direct donations, targeted fund drives, or all three, with other items specific to that department on getting in the M&Ms (Members and Money).

That is a fact. In a paid service those efforts need to continue.
