Just do a little dance.

That will get them talking and maybe showing video, then they're busted for invading an area that a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy. Make it good so it makes UTUBE(misspelled on purpose).

There is no reasonable expectation of privacy in the workplace.

If you read, one of the case laws I cited even shows that cameras in the bathroom pointing at the doors are legal.

Pointed at the door is one thing, but the bed itself is an area where a person does have a reasonable expectation of privacy and bedrooms are also considered as dressing rooms, unless I guess the company states must sleep fully clothed at all times.

Cameras in locker rooms have also been upheld when the employer had reason to belive illegal and illicit activity was taking place in them.

Those had to be pointed away from areas that people actually changed in unless I missed something.

My old job had a camera in the hallway that the bedroom was off of (among others), but nothing inside that I know of.

But only in the main station. At the satellite bases you could have 500 people over for a kegger and nobody would know.

In Calgary we have a plus 15, and everyone of them join buildings so people can goto work withough leaving the building. Well in the news lately people have been found to having sex, doing drugs and sorts, so what's the use of a cam when it's there in the open.
