Because so little requirements. Because even if you or I quit someone else will come work for next to nothing as well.

More importantly we can not as a group even get together and agree to disagree.

Maybe the OP put it in this forum because it is funny that anyone will work for some of the wages paid to EMTs in the U.S.

In Ontario we are paid very well. Want to know why? Because we are educated. This does not mean that we are in it for the money though.

Really the biggest reason we are not paid well is people do this job for free. Volly's keep wages down.
