JonathanGennick Posted September 5, 2007 Posted September 5, 2007 But you all are forgetting one imporant basic thing here. Ham she was 225 pounds apx Forgetting? I don't recall you telling us that to begin with. 225lbs doesn't strike me as that terrible of a weight. We'd just need more hands, that's all. That's 37.5 pounds each for six people, and only about 28 pounds per for eight porters. I'd try for eight, I think, given the length of the carry. Would settle for six, but I'd prefer eight. (Or maybe multiple teams of six, so that one team could take over when another got tired, like in a relay). Hmmm... Pregnant. We really shouldn't lay her on her backside, should we? We'd want her on her left side going out, yes?
itku2er Posted September 5, 2007 Author Posted September 5, 2007 No Johnathan the weight was in answer to hammers question. There is one basic thing that no one has looked for dealing with scene saftey.
itku2er Posted September 6, 2007 Author Posted September 6, 2007 She was in the woods apx 1.5 hours she was 20-30 feet from a snakes den that was over looked till someone on scene saw another one crawling. She had a broken tib fib which will heal with out problems. She lost the baby.
paramaniac Posted September 6, 2007 Posted September 6, 2007 Not suprised she lost the child Always on the cards given the symptoms of shock you described.
