202nd Cav Mechanized Infantry Medic, SC N'tl Guard. Work as a firefighter/medic in my regular line of work, just curious if there were any other 68's or corpsman out there as I just now stumbled across this forum.

Prior service 91B10 who ended up transitioning to 91W20. I met my ETS date about a year prior to the 68W transition.

Take care,

Does an Air Force 4N0 Aerospace Medical Services Specialist count? Granted we mainly work in a hospital, but I pulled a tour in a very busy hospital in the desert last year and treated alot of combat wounds in the ER. With that said: I have alot of respect for the medics in the other services. To use Pilot Terminology: All of you folks are "Sierra Hotel"!

Be glad you were at an AF hospital instead of out here with the Marines.

I get told everyday by the Marines, "You're not military! You're Air Force!"

Well, I wish I was a 68W. Learned late in career how much I enjoy the medical field. Trying to get sent for a reclass. Current an Army Combat Lifesaver and NREMT-B with a volunteer department.
